Placing an order is simple:

  • Visit our Order Page
  • Select the products you need and quantities
  • Fill in your shipping information
  • Choose your payment method
  • Submit your order

You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details and payment instructions.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no minimum order amount. You can order as little as a single vial if that's what you need for your research.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Before payment: Orders can be easily modified or cancelled.

After payment but before shipping: We'll do our best to accommodate changes.

After shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders that have already shipped.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes! We offer competitive pricing for larger research projects. Our kit pricing (10 vials) already includes significant savings compared to single vial purchases.

For larger quantities or ongoing research needs, please contact us to discuss custom pricing.

💳 Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Venmo - Fast and convenient mobile payments
  • Cash App - Quick mobile payments

Payment instructions are provided after you submit your order.

Why don't you accept credit cards?

Due to the nature of research peptide sales, most credit card processors do not work with our industry. This is common across the peptide research supply sector.

The alternative payment methods we offer (Venmo, Cash App) are secure, fast, and widely accessible.

How long do I have to complete payment?

We ask that you complete payment within 24 hours of placing your order. This helps us maintain accurate inventory and ensures prompt shipping.

If you need more time, just let us know and we can hold your order.

Is my payment information secure?

We never store your payment details. All transactions are processed directly through Venmo or Cash App - we simply receive the payment.

Your personal and order information is kept confidential and secure.

📦 Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Transit Time: USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1-3 business days depending on your location.

You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and location. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.

Insurance: All orders include $100 of shipping insurance at no extra cost. Additional insurance is available for $1 per extra $100 of coverage - you can add this during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

How is my order packaged?

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. There is no indication of the contents on the outside of the package.

Products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. For temperature-sensitive items, we include appropriate insulation to maintain product integrity during transit.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page by entering your order ID and email address.

Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Important: All orders include $100 of USPS insurance. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, you may file a claim with USPS using your tracking number.

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, here's what to do:

  • File an insurance claim with USPS using your tracking number
  • Have your order number ready
  • Take photos of any damage (if applicable)

Pro tip: Consider adding extra insurance during checkout ($1 per $100 of additional coverage) for higher-value orders.

🧪 Products

Are your peptides research grade?

Yes, all of our peptides are research grade with high purity levels. Our products are intended for laboratory and research purposes only.

We source from reputable manufacturers and maintain strict quality control standards.

What is the difference between a Kit and a Single vial?

Single Vial: One individual vial of the peptide. Good for smaller research projects or trying a new product.

Kit (10 Vials): A pack of 10 vials at a discounted price per vial. Better value for ongoing research or larger projects.

The peptide content and quality is identical - the only difference is quantity and pricing.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?

Yes, we can provide COAs upon request. Please contact us with your order number and the specific product(s) you need documentation for.

What does "lyophilized" mean?

Lyophilized (also called "freeze-dried") is a preservation method where the peptide is frozen and then the water is removed through sublimation.

This process:

  • Extends shelf life significantly
  • Maintains peptide stability
  • Allows for easy storage at room temperature (until reconstitution)

Lyophilized peptides appear as a white powder or "puck" at the bottom of the vial and need to be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before use.

What is bacteriostatic water and do I need it?

Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is sterile water that contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. It's used to reconstitute lyophilized peptides.

The benzyl alcohol prevents bacterial growth, allowing the reconstituted peptide to be used over multiple sessions rather than discarding after one use.

Yes, you'll need BAC water to reconstitute your peptides. We offer pharmacy-grade Hospira brand bacteriostatic water on our order page - the same trusted brand used in medical settings.

❄️ Storage & Handling

How should I store my peptides?

Before Reconstitution (Lyophilized):

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Refrigeration (2-8°C / 36-46°F) is recommended for long-term storage
  • Can be stored at room temperature for short periods

After Reconstitution:

  • Must be refrigerated at 2-8°C (36-46°F)
  • Keep away from light
  • Use within 4-6 weeks for best results

What is the shelf life of lyophilized peptides?

When stored properly (refrigerated, away from light), lyophilized peptides typically have a shelf life of 1-2 years.

Once reconstituted, peptides should be used within 4-6 weeks when stored in the refrigerator.

For specific product shelf life information, check the individual protocol in our Knowledge Center.

Can I freeze my peptides?

Lyophilized (unreconstituted): Freezing is generally not necessary as they're already stable, but it won't harm them.

Reconstituted: Some researchers freeze aliquots (small portions) for long-term storage. However, repeated freeze-thaw cycles can degrade the peptide. If freezing, divide into single-use portions.

Refrigeration is usually sufficient for most research timelines.

How do I reconstitute a peptide?

Basic reconstitution steps:

  • Allow the vial to reach room temperature
  • Clean the vial stopper with an alcohol swab
  • Draw the appropriate amount of bacteriostatic water into a syringe
  • Inject the water into the vial, aiming at the side (not directly on the powder)
  • Gently swirl - do not shake vigorously
  • Allow to dissolve completely (may take a few minutes)

Check our Knowledge Center for specific reconstitution instructions for each peptide, or use our Calculator to determine the right amount of water.
