Red Beard Peptides

Terms and Conditions

Effective October 20, 2026 · Version 2026-10-20.4

These Terms cover the use of our website and accounts, purchases of research products, and the support we provide. Read the full Terms before accepting them or placing an order.

1. Our agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Red Beard Peptides (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for the website at redbeardpeptides.com and related account, ordering, and support services.

When you select a checkbox or button that expressly links to these Terms and states that you accept them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete that acceptance step, create an account, or place an order. You may review the public FAQ and contact us with questions before deciding.

Product-specific descriptions and the prices, quantities, delivery options, and written commitments for your order form part of that order. Nothing in these Terms overrides a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable age, research, safety, and purchasing requirements. If you act for a laboratory, company, institution, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to make the purchase and accept these Terms for that organization.

You are responsible for following all local, state, and federal laws that apply in your area to purchasing, receiving, possessing, storing, handling, transporting, using, transferring, and disposing of research materials. Our willingness to accept an order does not establish that a product or intended use is lawful where you are located.

You must provide accurate account, order, payment-reference, and delivery information. We may request information reasonably needed to verify an order or its research purpose, and may decline orders involving suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or prohibited use.

3. Research use only

Our products are offered solely for laboratory research and are not intended for human consumption. They must not be used for self-administration, self-experimentation, treatment, diagnosis, prevention of disease, or use in animals.

You agree to obtain and handle research materials only for lawful research purposes, using appropriately trained personnel and suitable facilities. You must not market, transfer, or represent our research products as medicines, dietary supplements, or products suitable for personal or veterinary use.

A research-use label, website statement, account approval, or purchase does not authorize an otherwise unlawful activity or establish regulatory approval for any use.

4. No medical services or advice

Red Beard Peptides and its representatives are not acting as medical providers and do not provide medical advice. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, recommend products for personal health goals, or provide dosing, cycle, stacking, injection, or other personal-use instructions.

Our support concerns product listings, available testing documents, accounts, payments, shipping, and order issues. Website content, Knowledge Center materials, and communications with us do not create a provider–patient relationship and should not be relied on for a medical decision.

Questions about your health, medications, or treatment belong with a licensed healthcare professional. Do not delay or replace professional care based on information on this website.

5. Product information and testing

Review the selected product, material amount or strength, quantity, supplied form, and available lot information before ordering. Material amounts identify the product supplied; they are not dosing recommendations. A product name or reference to a scientific publication does not mean that our product is equivalent to an approved medicine.

Available Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) and other reports describe the tests and results for the sample identified in the report. They do not establish human safety, effectiveness, sterility, suitability for injection, or approval for medical use. Check the product, strength, and lot against the report. Contact us if a report is missing or its applicability is unclear.

We aim to keep listings accurate and will address confirmed listing or fulfillment errors. Photographs are illustrative; packaging and the appearance of research materials may vary without changing an expressly stated product specification.

6. Accounts and security

Keep your account information current, protect your password and passkeys, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, access another account without permission, or use an account to evade a purchasing restriction.

We may ask you to accept a revised notice or these Terms before completing a login. We record the accepted version and acceptance date. Creating an account or receiving a verification email does not establish eligibility for a prohibited use or guarantee that every order will be accepted.

7. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise. Review the final products, quantities, discounts, taxes if applicable, shipping charges, and any optional charges shown at checkout. Promotions and quantity pricing apply only under the terms displayed for that offer.

Payment is due when you place an order. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order and does not itself confirm payment. Use only the payment methods and recipient details shown for your order. Third-party payment services and wallets have their own terms; verify the amount and recipient before submitting a payment.

Orders remain subject to availability, payment verification, and lawful fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill an order or discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you. We will not require you to accept a different product or increased price without your agreement. If an order is canceled by us, amounts paid for the canceled portion will be refunded as required by law.

8. Preorders and shipping delays

Preorder items are not ready for immediate shipment. Checkout currently gives an estimated 2–8 weeks for preorders. Review the specific estimate and any separate delivery information provided for your order. The usual processing estimate for in-stock items does not apply to a preorder.

If we cannot ship within the applicable promised time, we will notify you and, where required, offer a choice to consent to a revised shipping date or cancel for a prompt refund of the unshipped merchandise. We will obtain consent and issue refunds as required by applicable law. An estimate does not remove those rights.

9. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Available delivery services, charges, eligible free-shipping offers, and any insurance options are shown at checkout. In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed; processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Carrier delivery estimates and tracking scans are not guarantees of an exact arrival time. Verify your shipping address before ordering and notify us promptly of an error. Once a shipment is in transit, we may be unable to reroute or stop it.

Once the package has been handed to and accepted by the carrier, the carrier controls its transit and delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Red Beard Peptides does not accept responsibility for carrier-related delays, loss, theft, or damage after that handoff. Contact the carrier about transit or delivery problems. This allocation does not excuse our own fulfillment errors, failure to ship, or any obligation that applicable law places on us.

Eligible USPS Priority Mail shipments include up to $100 of USPS insurance in the postage price, subject to USPS requirements and exclusions. Additional insurance is optional and is purchased at the buyer's discretion. Included or purchased insurance does not guarantee that a particular product or loss is covered. We do not represent or guarantee that peptide products qualify for reimbursement. Review the applicable carrier's or insurer's coverage rules before purchasing additional insurance.

You are responsible for initiating, filing, and following up on USPS insurance claims, meeting deadlines, and providing the truthful documentation USPS requires. We do not file USPS claims on your behalf. USPS determines eligibility, required documentation, and payment. Any separately purchased third-party insurance has its own claim process and is not automatically handled by USPS.

We do not provide invoices or prepare paperwork for shipping-insurance claims. Keep the order confirmation and payment records already supplied to you. We will not create a false invoice, change a product description, inflate a value, or otherwise misrepresent an order to obtain insurance payment. Submitting false or misleading information in an insurance claim can constitute fraud. This policy does not remove any obligation that applicable law places on us.

10. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges, except where required by applicable law or where we expressly approve a resolution after reviewing a product concern. Review the product, material amount or strength, quantity, delivery address, and total before submitting and paying for an order.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us promptly before shipment. Requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. A paid order does not carry a general right to cancellation under our policy, and a shipment cannot be canceled after dispatch. Rights required by applicable law, including those relating to qualifying shipping delays, remain in place.

If there is a problem with a product, contact us with your invoice or order number, the product and lot when available, a description of the concern, and photographs if relevant. Product concerns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. Do not return anything without written authorization. A review does not itself guarantee a refund, exchange, replacement, or other discretionary accommodation.

This policy does not exclude mandatory rights for non-delivery, misdescription, defective goods, or other circumstances in which applicable law requires a remedy. A discretionary accommodation does not change the policy for other orders. We will not substitute store credit for a refund when the law requires a monetary refund.

11. Handling and storage

You are responsible for lawful laboratory handling, suitable facilities, trained personnel, and following product-specific documentation and applicable safety, storage, and disposal requirements. Do not assume that every material has the same storage temperature, shelf life, or stability after preparation.

Use the expiration, retest, or stability information supplied for the specific material and lot when available. Contact us for available documentation if information is missing. We do not provide a catalog-wide shelf-life guarantee or personal-use preparation instructions.

12. Communications and privacy

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, or provide it to other businesses for their own marketing. We use relevant information to operate and secure accounts, fulfill and support orders, maintain records, prevent fraud, improve the website, and provide communications and services you request.

We share information only as reasonably needed with service providers that help operate the website, process or reconcile payments, deliver orders, host records, or send communications; with your permission; or where legally required. Those operational uses mean that ordering and maintaining an account require some processing of your information. Payment services you choose may also process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Provide a working email address so that we can send account verification, security, order, shipping, and support communications. Marketing subscriptions are separate from accepting these Terms and can be changed using the options provided in those messages.

The website uses analytics, and our emails may include an image that records when an email client loads it, together with delivery and message records. An image load is not proof that you read a message. Account, order, support, and security records are kept for business and legal needs; these Terms do not promise immediate deletion of records that must be retained.

Never send us payment-service passwords, verification codes, bank login credentials, or wallet recovery phrases. Use the contact form for questions and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive health information.

Contact us if you have a privacy question or want to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We will respond in accordance with applicable law, including any identity-verification and record-retention requirements. This section does not obtain blanket consent to unrelated uses of your information.

13. Website content and reviews

Our original website content, branding, and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website and retain product and order documents for your own lawful research and business records. Other copying, commercial reuse, or use of our branding requires permission unless allowed by law or a separate license. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Do not interfere with website security, introduce malicious software, impersonate others, submit fraudulent information, or misuse another person’s private information. Nothing in these Terms prevents honest reviews, lawful criticism, reporting concerns to an authority, or exercising a legal right. You retain ownership of your reviews; we do not require you to transfer that ownership as a condition of doing business with us.

14. Third-party services

Payment services, carriers, laboratories, and linked websites may have separate terms and privacy practices. We do not control their independent websites or services. Review the relevant information before using them. This section does not remove our own obligations for an order or a service we provide.

15. Warranties and research outcomes

Research results depend on many factors. We do not guarantee a particular experimental outcome, uninterrupted website availability, or suitability of a research material for a personal health purpose. We do not warrant that research products are safe or effective for human use.

Specific written product specifications and express commitments remain applicable. Any exclusion of a warranty applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, statutory guarantee, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Liability and misuse

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential business losses, such as lost profits, loss of research data, or interruption of an experiment, arising from use of the website or research products. This limitation does not exclude responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. It does not remove your rights to an applicable refund or other legally required remedy.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us for third-party claims and reasonable associated costs directly caused by your unlawful use of the products, intentional misuse, or material violation of these Terms. This does not make you responsible for our negligence, misconduct, breach of these Terms, or unlawful conduct. We will give reasonable notice of a claim and an opportunity to participate in its resolution; no settlement may impose a nonmonetary obligation or admission on you without your agreement.

17. Account restrictions

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate a security issue, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, prohibited product use, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the restriction and how to contact us about it.

An account restriction does not automatically forfeit money you are owed or remove our obligations for paid orders. Any canceled order or refund will be handled under the applicable order terms and law.

18. Disputes and applicable law

If you have a concern, contact us with the relevant account or order details so that we can try to resolve it. This request does not require you to delay a legal filing, miss a deadline, give up a small-claims remedy, or refrain from contacting a regulator.

Red Beard Peptides is based in Florida. These Terms and disputes relating to them are governed by Florida law and applicable federal law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you and cannot lawfully be waived.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an exclusive court location. They do not remove protections or remedies that apply to you and cannot lawfully be waived.

19. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms prospectively and will identify the revised version and effective date. Material changes will be brought to your attention and presented for acceptance where appropriate. A new version will not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing order.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it for every later occasion. These Terms, any applicable written order commitments, and separately disclosed policies form the agreement for the matters they cover, subject to rights that cannot be excluded.

20. Contact and notices

Use our contact form for questions about these Terms, accounts, product information, or an order. Include your invoice number when relevant. You do not need to create an account to contact us.

For answers about the research-only nature of our products and the support we offer, see the FAQ. Any notice that must be delivered by another method under applicable law may be delivered using that legally permitted method.
